From April 24 to 25, 2026, the first 2026 annual working meeting of the Distribution and Utilization Working Group of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Electric Power System Management and Information Exchange was successfully held in Hangzhou.
The meeting was hosted by Hangzhou Huarong Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. Nearly 100 expert representatives from State Grid Corporation of China, China Southern Power Grid, research institutes, institutions of higher learning and leading industry enterprises attended the event.
The meeting completed the working group re-election as scheduled, conducted in-depth deliberation on two key standards, and reached a consensus on the work arrangement for newly launched national standards and association standards in the current year.

The meeting officially opened at 9:00 a.m. on April 24. It was presided over by Du Hongwei, Director of the Distribution and Utilization Working Group. Zhong Xianggang, Chairman of Holley Technology Co., Ltd. and leader of the organizer, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a welcome speech.
On behalf of Holley Technology and Hangzhou Hochang Hi-Tech, he extended a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to all attending experts, stating that the Company will actively participate in the formulation and revision of distribution network standards. He then introduced the Company’s achievements in standard formulation as well as its"Three Main Lines, Three Leaderships"strategic plan. He also shared insights with experts on the future development blueprint of the power industry under the background of AI, providing clear directional guidance and strong strategic support for the development of the Company’s distribution network business.

On the sidelines of the conference, the inauguration ceremony for the 8th membership renewal of the Distribution and Utilization Working Group was held.
The organizing committee presented appointment certificates to the new committee members, marking the official assumption of duties by the new working group.
The membership renewal will further consolidate industry resources and advance the development of the standard system and technological collaboration in the power distribution and utilization field.
As a new member entity, Hangzhou Hochang Hi-Tech will actively participate in and even take the lead in the formulation and revision of standards at all levels, contributing to the high-quality development of the industry.
On the morning of April 24, participating experts conducted a collective review of the industrial standardTechnical Specification for Distribution Automation Systems, in which Hangzhou Hochang Hi-Tech served as a major participating entity.
Combining the actual operational needs and future development trends of current power distribution systems, the representatives discussed each clause of the standard item by item and put forward a number of constructive revision suggestions. This has laid a solid foundation for refining the standard content and promoting its subsequent official issuance and implementation.
In the afternoon, the meeting proceeded to the discussion and review of the national standardApplication Integration in Electric Power Enterprises – Distribution Management System Interface – Part 13: Common Model Subset of Distribution System.
Experts had in-depth exchanges on core contents including technical architecture, interface specifications and functional requirements, further clarifying the direction for standard improvement, which will strongly drive the advancement of distribution automation applications.
On the morning of April 25, the conference organized delegates to visit the Qingshan Lake Intelligent Manufacturing Base of Holley Group for an on-site inspection of the smart factories of Holley Technology and Huzhou Huazheng New Materials.
The delegates gained a comprehensive understanding of the production processes and digital management achievements of new products and new materials such as smart meters and copper clad laminates. They spoke highly of the advanced fully automatic production lines, and obtained a more intuitive and in-depth perception of the overall strength of Holley Group.
